Nick, 25, Brisbane, plays in bands like Epithets and sometimes in Little Scout, Presently studying my Masters in Music & Sound at QUT. I live with three amazing people in Brisbane's best home (word up, Somerset), and make a mean Katsu curry. I don't sleep. There, now we are halfway acquainted. Way to go, internet.

One time, David let me stay at his house in LA. He wasn’t there that night though, because he was taking his Girlfriend horseback riding under the Hollywood sign. His housemates were lovely, though one seemed to really like reggae, which 19 year old me was a bit taken aback by. I stayed in the same room in which he recorded “Pink In The Sink.” There was a very worn copy of a book by Phil Ochs in his bathroom - i’m pretty sure it’s the exact same copy mentioned in “Sherrif Ochs” by Kind Of Like Spitting. When David arrived the next morning, he told me we were going so he could do a radio live-to-air. I asked him what guitar he was going to be playing. “Oh, yours”, he off-handed.
He is one of my favourite people in the world. He has inspired me to a ridiculous extent and now he’s on Tumblr.
